Key Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to provide high-quality patient care.
- Coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient outcomes.
- Delegate tasks effectively and identify hospital resources to optimize patient care.
- Serve as a clinical resource for new employees and demonstrate positive leadership within the unit.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- 2 years of prior NICU experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Missouri.
