The Restorative Care Nurses play a crucial role in supervising the comprehensive care of residents in our Pavilion. Their primary focus is on ensuring the overall well-being, comfort, and safety of each individual. These nurses are tasked with the planning, development, organization, implementation, evaluation, and direction of restorative care services, alongside associated programs and activities, adhering to the current regulations and standards governing nursing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in discharge planning and the formulation of resident care plans.
  • Conduct resident assessments as required.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for MDS assessments and restorative nursing interventions.
  • Foster an inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and positive interactions.
  • Utilize electronic medical record systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Work Schedule: Day shift, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility available.

Compensation: Starting wage of $36 per hour or more, depending on experience.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) certification.
  • Preferred current Restorative Certification.
  • Genuine passion for serving and celebrating the lives of seniors.
  • Commitment to providing specialized care for residents with Alzheimer's and Dementia.
