Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with management to pinpoint areas for enhancement in both clinical and administrative operations, including Infection Control Procedures and Patient Evaluations.
  • Exhibit expertise in all designated tasks specific to the role.
  • Collect and maintain patient records and information accurately.
  • Execute various clinical tasks and provide assistance to physicians as required.
  • Facilitate team meetings to relay procedural updates aimed at improving service quality.
  • Oversee clinical personnel and contribute to their training and onboarding processes.
  • Serve as a primary resource for the Epic Care system.
  • Support administrative duties such as responding to inquiries, educating patients, and managing patient flow.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Administer medications and vaccinations under the supervision of a physician.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure the upkeep of medical equipment and supplies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant Program or relevant experience necessary.
  • Experience in patient care or certification is mandatory.
  • Basic proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with medical terminology is essential.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • CPR certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
  • Additional clearances may be required in accordance with state regulations.
