Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, easy, and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, front end, and restrooms.
  • Assist with receiving inventory shipments, stocking shelves, and rotating merchandise to ensure proper stock levels.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, using a held-held scan gun or 10 keypad.
  • Perform cart-to-cart transfer of products at checkout, including a visual inspection to look for product tampering.
  • Assist with price changes, opening and closing duties, and other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience required.
  • Minimum one year retail selling and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible hourly schedule, including holidays and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills, cash handling experience, and proficiency utilizing general office equipment.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a retail store setting, open to the public. The noise level is usually moderate, and the temperature varies throughout the store. The incumbent must be able to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
