Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to join our team in East San Diego. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing non-medical companion and personal care to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities
  • Provide non-medical companion care, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation to appointments
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or safety concerns
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check and TB skin test
  • Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
