Compensation Package
This position comes with a highly competitive salary of $315,000 base salary, with a two-year guarantee followed by uncapped RVU production. Additionally, you will receive a $40,000 signing bonus and a $30,000 retention bonus over three years.
About the Clinic
The clinic operates Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a flexible call schedule. Located near Decatur and Springfield, IL, this area offers easy access to amenities and attractions while maintaining a family-centered community atmosphere. As an MD or DO, you will be working alongside an Epilepsy trained Neurologist and two nurse practitioners.
