We are seeking a highly skilled Central Sterile Processing Technician to join our team at Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital. As a key member of our Sterile Processing department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of patient care by processing and sterilizing medical instruments.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, decontaminate, sterilize, store, and distribute all instruments handled by Sterile Processing
  • Assemble and disassemble case carts
  • Work collaboratively with the Sterile Processing team to ensure efficient and effective processing of instruments
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) certification
