Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Counselor to join our team at Triumph Treatment Services. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide individualized therapy to clients, including families and groups.
- Utilize standardized tools and clinical interviews to assess symptoms, behaviors, and psychological functioning.
- Present mental health/behavioral health findings and recommendations to appropriate professionals in verbal or written format.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation, adhering to agency policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination and support.
- Master's degree in Counseling, Family Therapy, or Social Work.
- Previous experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
- Knowledge of ASAM criteria and long-term rehabilitative processes.
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW/LMSW) credential or equivalent.
