Key Responsibilities- Anesthetic Care: Assess, plan, evaluate, and implement anesthetic management for patients presenting for anesthesia care.
- Patient Observation: Continuously observe patients under anesthetic care and correct abnormal patient responses.
- Collaboration: Involve attending physicians in the plan of care and participate in clinical decision-making.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in performance and quality improvement initiatives.
- Compliance: Adhere to legal and ethical standards of nursing and the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.
- Current PA RN License
- Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist
- BLS Certification
- Previous CRNA Experience (preferred)
