About the Role

Celebrations Speech Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as a Case Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing case management services for our locations in Brentwood and Stockton.

This hybrid or fully remote position offers the experienced SLP-CCC the opportunity to deliver services in a unique virtual school setting while also integrating into our patient-centered practice. Our practice emphasizes collaboration among dedicated and authentic clinicians, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides evidence-based therapy plans, goals, and treatment for speech/language disorders.
  • Evaluates and implements standardized tests for accurate diagnoses of communication disorders as needed.
  • Reviews clinical SOAP notes.
  • Writes IEP goals and progress reports.
  • Attends Virtual IEPs.
  • Performs accurate data entry into SEIS.
  • Provides supervision for a CF or SLPA if needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Efficiently manages/oversees the speech caseload.
Requirements
  • California-licensed SLP-CCC.
  • 1+ Years' Experience data entry in SEIS.
  • Ability to build rapport with patients and clinical staff.
  • Ability to build rapport with school teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills, commitment, and organizational skills.
