Job SummaryWe are seeking a licensed therapist to join our team in New Haven, CT. As a Thriveworks therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population and provide a range of services, including individual, couples, and family therapy. Our ideal candidate is a licensed clinician who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and is committed to ongoing professional development.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Thriveworks team through active participation in team meetings and other initiatives
- Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g. psychology, social work, counseling)
- Current licensure in the state of Connecticut (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or PhD/PsyD)
- Experience working with diverse client populations and presenting issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
