Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a continual presence at the assigned entry/exit point within the store
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to customers and team members, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
  • Respond to and resolve Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) alarms in a timely manner
  • E nsure physical security of customer entry and exit access points
