We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to provide a personalized shopping experience, offering assistance with products and services.
  • Operate a cash register, scan items, and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Support inventory accuracy by accurately completing point of sale and merchandise disposition practices.
  • Participate in daily service processes, including register and cash balancing, change orders, and replenishing supplies.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • No retail experience required, but a flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, is necessary.
