Dimar Manufacturing is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Custodial Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our manufacturing plant and office areas.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform daily custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning restrooms.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Facilities Support: Assist with special projects, such as cleaning light fixtures and ventilation ducts, and keeping the front entrance free of debris.
- Waste Management: Empty waste bins and dispose of recyclable materials.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of custodial experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Ability to follow directions, perform repetitive tasks, and work safely in a fast-paced environment.
Work will be performed in a machine shop environment with exposure to dust, grease, and metal shavings. Personal protective equipment, including safety glasses and steel-toed shoes, will be required.
CompensationCompetitive hourly wage range: $17-18/hour.
