Job SummaryWe are seeking an Inpatient Rehabilitation RN to join our team at Methodist Hospital Metropolitan. As a Registered Nurse in our Inpatient Rehabilitation unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Apply the nursing process, critical thinking skills, and scientific judgment to independently deliver safe nursing care to patients.
- Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes.
- Provide communication, confidence, and professionalism as evidenced by active engagement in unit and organizational activities.
- Demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and serving as a resource to the patient care team.
- Have accountability for delivering quality nursing care services and promoting a positive image of nursing.
- Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program.
- Minimum of six (6) months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
