Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient transfers
- Collaborate with referring physicians, ED staff, and inpatient teams to ensure efficient transfer processes
- Utilize computer systems and databases to track patient information and coordinate transfers
- Stay up-to-date on hospital policies, procedures, and medical staff information
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- RN License in state of employment or compact
- BLS Certification
This is a full-time position within CHRISTUS Health, requiring a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
