Job Description:
Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in healthcare? Do you have experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse and proficiency in Point Click Care (PCC)? We are seeking a highly skilled MDS Coordinator to join our team at Accura HealthCare. In this role, you will be responsible for compiling information, preparing statistical reports, and personalizing assessments to ensure the quality of care and reimbursement for our healthcare facilities. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other health personnel to maintain accurate medical records.

Key Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain state-specific license
  • Proficient with Point Click Care (PCC) preferred
  • Ability to work on-call as needed

Compensation and Benefits:
  • $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
