We are seeking a highly skilled Cake Frosting Specialist to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes #216. As a key member of our bakery, you will be responsible for creating high-quality cakes and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

The Cake Frosting Specialist ensures that cakes meet our high standards by following proprietary frosting recipes and application methods with precision. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follows proprietary frosting recipes and application methods with precision to create high-quality cakes.
  • Effectively utilizes measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers, and pastry bags to frost cakes.
  • Prioritizes cake pre-orders according to schedule and frosts cakes for walk-in guest orders accordingly.
  • Maintains an adequate supply of samples and frosted cakes in the bakery display case and monitors frosting and refrigeration logs.
  • Evaluates baked and frosted cakes to ensure they meet company standards and informs management of any quality control issues.
  • Cleans, sanitizes, and restocks workstation, ensuring frosting supplies are prepared for the next shift.
  • Complies with all health and safety guidelines and company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
  • No formal education or work experience is required, but previous experience in an operational support role at a bakery or restaurant is a plus.
