12 months+
Work Schedule:
M-F / 10-12 hour shifts

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Previous experience in a multicultural or multilingual environment
- Background in safety-related roles, particularly in the oil and gas sector
Behavioral Skills:

- Strategic risk management skills
Functional Skills:
- Expertise in emergency preparedness and response
- Proficient in incident investigation and analysis
- Knowledge of operations integrity and compliance assessments
- Familiarity with Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) execution support
- Competence in risk assessment and management
- Understanding of safety regulations and standards
- Knowledge of environmental business planning and regulatory compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional project SSHE performance
- Ability to foster strong internal and external relationships in a team setting
- Capacity to prioritize tasks and work independently while adhering to company protocols
- High School diploma or GED required
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various functions/units/projects to develop and review deliverables
- Respond to management requests and identify staffing needs
- Review and endorse relevant work deliverables
- Ensure tools and resources are appropriate for purpose, providing analysis and supervisory support to achieve SSHE objectives
- Manage reporting personnel to enhance performance and support their career development
- Ensure compliance with current SSHE and functional documentation
- Adhere to the Risk and Change Management process
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the SSHE Management System
- Promote understanding and application of the SSHE Management System
- Ensure compliance with SSHE, legislative, and functional requirements
