Qualifications:
Must possess a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This is an entry-level position. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, maintain a stationary position for extended periods, and work flexible hours, including overtime as needed. Job Overview:
In this role, you will work under direct supervision to assemble mechanical units or fabricated components, contributing to the creation of sub-assemblies or complete units through routine and repetitive assembly tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various hand and power tools and operate equipment such as jigs, dies, fixtures, templates, punch presses, riveting machines, circular shears, or drill presses to cut, file, fit, punch, ream, rivet, form, and assemble components.
- Acquire raw materials, load, and operate machinery to produce finished products.
- Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to ensure compliance with tolerances and product specifications.
