Job Summary

Range Generation Next LLC is seeking an experienced Electronics Technician II to join our team at Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands. As a key member of our radar systems team, you will be responsible for providing operations and maintenance support for L-band and S-band radar hardware systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on radar systems, including troubleshooting and repairing various pieces of commercial and custom hardware.
  • Assist engineers with the implementation of improvement and modernization projects, including design modifications, fabrication, drawings, and testing.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of maintenance performed and ensure that all necessary spare parts are available.
  • Support day-to-day operations to meet radar mission requirements, including 24/7 support and shift work.
  • Adhere to Company safety policies, procedures, and program.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in electronics, RF, or other technical field, or equivalent military experience or combination of education and experience.
  • Two years or more experience working in an electronics environment with good electronic knowledge.
  • Desired: Experience with high power transmitters, understanding of RF and Microwave transmitters and receivers, and ability to perform maintenance on vacuum tubes and high power peak pulsed microwave transmitters.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
  • Willingness and physical ability to work at heights in excess of 50 feet and ability to obtain Climber II training certification within 6 months of hire.
  • Willingness and physical ability to carry equipment weighing 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work non-duty hours, weekends, nights to support specific project requirements.
  • Must be able to relocate to the United States Army Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. passport.
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License required.
