Job SummaryWe are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic paraprofessional educator to join our special education team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with teachers to provide academic and social support to students with disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and a strong ability to build relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. If you are passionate about supporting students with diverse needs, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students with disabilities in academic and social settings.
  • Assist with lesson planning and implementation under the guidance of a certified teacher.
  • Help to maintain a safe and organized learning environment.


Requirements
  • A love for working with students and a desire to make a positive impact.
  • Must be 18 years old.
  • Some experience working with children is preferred but not required.


Salary and BenefitsWe offer a salary of $48,000 per year, paid personal/sick leave, all training provided, vacation benefits, 5 paid weeks off throughout the school year, health insurance/dental, LEAD merch and swag, monthly luncheons and celebrations, and opportunities for advancement.
