DLZP Group, LLC is seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft Administrator to oversee and enhance our PeopleSoft environment. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security and efficiency of our computing systems by assessing PeopleSoft requirements, implementing upgrades, and monitoring overall system health.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize PeopleSoft production, development, testing, and staging environments.
- Manage Oracle PeopleSoft Internet Architecture components, including WebLogic, Application Server, and Process Scheduler (Tuxedo) on Oracle RDBMS.
- Oversee server updates, patch implementations, and data backup procedures; ensure compliance with security protocols for operating systems and COTS software.
- Conduct application code security assessments and facilitate necessary code modifications.
- Establish and manage Integration Broker for Enterprise Messaging service interfaces.
- Configure user authentication processes utilizing WebLogic alongside custom PeopleCode development.
- Design and sustain web interfaces, including Home and Reference pages, focusing on content and branding consistency.
- Execute periodic refreshes of the PeopleSoft application environment.
- Facilitate the migration of PeopleSoft projects to the Production system while maintaining robust change control procedures.
- Lead the upgrade processes for PeopleTools and ensure timely updates to PeopleSoft applications.
- Regularly document and communicate project progress to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle PeopleSoft Administrator.
- At least 3 years of experience leading a technical team.
- Proficient in PeopleSoft Applications (9.2 platform) and PeopleTools 8.59 or higher, with a solid understanding of three-tier architecture.
- Experience with application installation processes.
- Strong understanding of database structures and access methodologies.
- Familiarity with client/server, internet, intranet, and mainframe systems.
- Knowledge of data presentation and reporting techniques.
- Ability to comprehend project plans and management methodologies; experience with Microsoft Project is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Proficient project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Certification as an Oracle PeopleSoft Administrator is required.
This position is remote and candidates must be U.S. Citizens.
