Job Title: Physical Therapist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to work in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
  • Current DC state license as a Physical Therapist
  • Experience working in an outpatient setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
