About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 1, 2024. The successful applicant will be required to work collaboratively with our dynamic team of specialist teachers and education support staff to deliver individualised programs and evidence-based practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Modify curriculum to meet the individual needs of students
  • Develop and implement Individual Education Plans that support the whole child
  • Provide a positive, caring, and inclusive learning environment
  • Build and sustain positive working relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
Requirements

The successful applicant will possess excellent relationship skills, a passion for providing a positive learning environment, and a commitment to promoting student engagement and success. Ideally, the applicant will have specialist knowledge and skills related to students with moderate to severe disability, including Intellectual Disability (ID), multiple physical disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Trauma.
