Maintenance Technician

Dungarvin is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our buildings, grounds, and equipment.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement cost-effective maintenance plans to optimize resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance, including heating, plumbing, electrical, and general repair.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate cost-effectiveness and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
