Job Title: Reverse Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Reverse Engineer to join our team at Willbrook Solutions, Inc. in Huntsville, AL.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for reverse engineering and analyzing hardware and software to identify strengths, weaknesses, and vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Reverse engineer and analyze hardware and software to identify strengths, weaknesses, and vulnerabilities.
  • Characterize the functionality, performance characteristics, and potential vulnerabilities of hardware, software, subsystems, and systems.
  • Report observations, findings, and analyses in written reports for the customer.
  • Participate in meetings to ascertain customer needs and share progress, issues, opportunities, and successes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, etc.).
  • Embedded Operating System (OS) and/or Real Time Operating System (RTOS) Reverse Engineering (RE) expertise.
  • Experience with RE tools (IDA Pro, Ghidra, etc.).
  • Robust technical writing skills.
  • Initiative and a team player.

Preferred Experience:

  • Master's Degree in a related field.
  • Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
  • FME Experience.
  • An understanding of RADAR, Radio Frequency (RF) communications, and digital signal processing (DSP) theory.
  • Experience supporting radar, RF/DSP, and/or electronic warfare (EW) projects.
  • Working knowledge of ELINT and/or SIGINT.
  • Experience with C, C++, Matlab, Simulink, Python/Anaconda, and/or similar programming languages for analytical Modeling & Simulation (M&S) or tool development.
  • Experience with FPGA design, programming, tools, etc.

Security Requirements:

Active secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
