Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Server to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Clarksville Riverview. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that every event is a success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the Banquet Captain to ensure that all banquet functions are executed to perfection, meeting all customer specifications and special requests.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the banquet area, including tableware and serving equipment.
  • Ensure that all guests have a positive experience, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Banquet Server or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
