We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation program. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their natural home and community environment, providing functional rehabilitation and promoting greater health through the recovery process.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
  • Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings and family conferences
  • Perform discharge evaluations and make recommendations for home and community safety
  • Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, and family members
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
  • Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Demonstrated knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
