Job Overview
This organization specializes in the production of gloves tailored for industrial, pharmaceutical, and nuclear sectors.
- Operate advanced automated machinery, primarily managed through a digital interface.
- Conduct minor troubleshooting and adjustments via the machine's control panel.
- Document and monitor the production levels of each glove batch, ensuring accurate tracking of each manufacturing cycle.
- Perform inspections of machinery and gloves during operation.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while managing equipment.
- Implement lockout/tagout procedures when relocating machinery.
- Transition between machines to initiate new batches as required.
- Maintain cleanliness of production tanks on a bi-monthly basis.
Essential Skills
- Experience in machine operation
- Proficient in following SOPs
This role is conducted entirely on-site.
Work Setting
Operating within a cleanroom environment, employees are required to wear lab coats upon entering the production area. The team is relatively small, consisting of approximately six members per shift. The workspace is temperature-controlled and may have distinct odors associated with manufacturing processes. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness is essential, and respirators may be necessary at times.
