Join Our Team as a Junior Loan Originator

At Axia Home Loans, we are dedicated to elevating your career in the mortgage industry. If you are a motivated individual eager to assist clients in securing their dream homes while enjoying the benefits of being an employee-owner, we would love to connect with you.

About Us

Axia Home Loans is a fully employee-owned independent mortgage bank. With a strong presence across the United States, we pride ourselves on our commitment to superior customer service and our ability to prepare well-informed homeowners. Our culture emphasizes the importance of every employee's voice, ensuring that we maintain our small company roots while growing in the marketplace.

Your Role

As a Junior Loan Originator, you will support our senior loan officers by assisting in the application process for residential mortgage loans. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating the closing of loans.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and business partners.
  • Collaborating with a team of dedicated employee-owners.

Why Choose Axia?

We believe in supporting the causes that matter to our employee-owners and matching their charitable contributions.

Requirements

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented individual who is willing to learn and grow within our lending team. While previous experience in the mortgage industry is a plus, it is not mandatory. Key qualifications include:
  • Willingness to complete training to obtain necessary licensing within the first 60 days.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.

We invite you to explore this opportunity with us and become part of a team that values collaboration and success.
