As a Mover - Junk Removal Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients on the job, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a stress-free moving or hauling experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and professional service to clients, ensuring 110% satisfaction
- Operate safely at all times, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Perform daily truck inspections and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are on hand
- Price jobs aggressively, meeting and surpassing benchmarks
- Make logistical decisions, including disposal, donation, and recycling options
- Lead by example, demonstrating the company's core values and mission
- Train new hires on day-to-day operations and core values
- Complete daily checklists and prevent careless and costly mistakes
- Check in regularly with direct supervisor for additional assignments and guidance
Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds for an extended period of time
- Must enjoy hard work, world-class customer service, and helping others
- Must be drug and alcohol free
- Must be able to pass a federal background check
Compensation: Earn $15/hour plus base pay, incentives, and tips
