Exterminating Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Environmental Technician to join our team at Bircher Exterminating Services Inc.

The annual salary for this position is approximately $60,000, with potential for a $4,000 increase in the first year, plus additional annual raises based on performance.

We are looking for a self-motivated Environmental Technician who can effectively manage their daily pest control route, communicate with customers and administrative staff, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while being part of a team.

• Manage daily pest control routes efficiently, ensuring all work is completed by the end of each day;
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner;
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with administrative staff and managers;
• Take pride in maintaining equipment and adhering to safety protocols;
• Possess a valid driver's license and be able to safely operate company vehicles.
