Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
  • Communicate effectively with clinical staff on equipment features, functionality, etc.
  • Provide quality service, perform to quality standards, and meet customer and company metrics.
  • Pick up, clean, and process all equipment, preparing it for patient-ready use following company and hospital protocols.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer service experience required, prior work experience in a hospital setting preferred.
  • Basic computer skills essential.
  • Will to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours to support a 24/7 schedule.
  • Able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
  • Frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for extended periods.
