Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Seasonal Stylist to join our team at Kate Spade New York. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized styling services to clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across all categories, including handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, and home decor.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture and initiate business-driving events in-store.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift boxes up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
