Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current, unrestricted license in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut or be eligible to obtain such a license. Candidates should possess the necessary knowledge and skills to assess patients' health needs and provide nursing care in a safe and compassionate manner.
One year of experience in acute care nursing is preferred. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN) with active enrollment in a BSN program is also desirable. Familiarity with Epic systems is an advantage.
