Adecco US, Inc. is currently seeking a highly skilled Scientific Laboratory Assistant to support our Biotech client in Elkhorn, NE.

Schedule: The successful candidate will work on a Mon-Thurs 3pm-1:30am shift.

The anticipated hourly wage for this position is between $19 and $20, depending on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

The company offers a Bonus Program of up to $1500, including:

  • $500 at the first full paycheck
  • $1000 at 90 days

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Cleaning, preparing, and sterilizing glassware, carboys, and small equipment
  • Completing decontamination of lab waste
  • Maintaining quality product by adhering to company and departmental standards and procedures
  • Performing operations according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Documenting practices in a concurrent, legible, and consistent manner
  • Sanitizing or sterilizing designated areas and equipment
  • Ensuring all assigned equipment and components are staged for assigned operation
  • Working in a fast-paced team environment and completing assigned tasks independently

This role requires:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Analytical, scientific, and mechanical trouble-shooting skills
  • Basic knowledge/understanding of aseptic process techniques and applicable quality standards to support sterile operations
  • Basic understanding of Good Documentation Practices and Standard Operating Procedures
