Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Global Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations Center in Hicksville, NY. This dynamic role involves coordinating luxury car services worldwide, ensuring a seamless experience for our high-end clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign reservations and dispatch Chauffeurs for timely service.
  • Maintain consistent communication with Chauffeurs, guaranteeing top-tier service delivery.
  • Monitor flight schedules, airport operations, and traffic conditions to preemptively address potential service disruptions.

Requirements:

  • Prior dispatching experience, preferably in the ground transportation industry.
  • Ability to stay calm and efficient under high-pressure, fast-paced conditions.
  • Proficiency with Excel and strong organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
