Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and manage a team of physical therapists to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient department operations.
- Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with hospital standards and regulatory requirements.
- Patient Care
- Conduct initial and regular patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Department Operations
- Oversee the maintenance of departmental equipment and supplies to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Education and Licensure
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.
- Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.
