The candidate should demonstrate exceptional academic achievements along with proficient research, writing, and oral advocacy capabilities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a mid to large-sized law firm
  • Proficient in drafting legal documents and overseeing discovery processes
  • Experience with court appearances in both state and federal jurisdictions
  • Familiarity with trade secret and non-compete advisory (preferred)
  • Background in employment law (preferred)
  • Active membership in good standing with the New Jersey Bar
