About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Bioprocess Scientist. In this role, you will provide technical support for the development, implementation, and execution of compliant manufacturing of gene therapy drug product. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, commission, and start up our cutting-edge manufacturing facility in Lebanon, Indiana.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for all start-up activities of parenteral drug product
• Understand the scientific principles required for manufacturing gene therapy drug products
• Ensure accurate instruction sets and process descriptions
• Prepare and review technical documents, such as change controls and regulatory submissions
• Participate in process improvements and implement objectives and deliver on business plan and quality objectives
• Develop and monitor metrics to assess process variability and capability
• Apply manufacturing process knowledge and data analysis skills to support daily manufacturing operations

Requirements
• BS or MS in Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Biochemistry or related quantitative field
• 3 years of experience in cGMP manufacturing, specifically within Operations, Validation, TS/MS, Engineering, or Quality Assurance
• Experience with parenteral drug product manufacturing
• In-depth knowledge of gene therapy drug product manufacturing
