### Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Assistant to join our Med Surg/Telemetry Department at Garden City Hospital, a member of Prime Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.

### Responsibilities

* Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Provide basic nursing care to non-critical patients, including vital sign monitoring and medication administration
* Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols
* Collaborate with Registered Nurses to ensure seamless patient care

### Qualifications

* Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate preferred
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire and maintain current
* Knowledge of Medical Terminology
* Minimum six months' previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician's office preferred
