KRUEGER, a 73-year-old industry leader, is seeking a talented individual to join our organization as a Sales Agent. This role offers a unique chance to develop relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and lead a small team to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Research and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B sector.
- Supervise and guide team members to ensure successful sales outcomes.
- Train and develop team members on our systems and processes.
- Provide daily reports on sales activity using our CRM system.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
- Passion for building relationships and helping others.
- Experience in sales or customer service.

Licensing and Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and ability to work in the U.S.

- 45-day evaluation period before advancement.

KRUEGER is a respected industry leader with a strong commitment to excellence. We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly.
