Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced pharmacist to join our team at Citywide Rx LLC in Columbus, OH. As a licensed pharmacist, you will be responsible for evaluating medication orders, ensuring accurate dispensing, and communicating with healthcare team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness and potential interactions
• Ensure accurate dispensing and labeling of medicines
• Communicate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare team members
• Supervise the preparation of medicines

Requirements:

• Active Pharmacist license with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy
• Previous experience in Long Term Care is preferred
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Computer literate with knowledge of Frameworks LTC system, PLUS
