About the Role:

Compensation Package:
The estimated salary for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and employee assistance programs. Additionally, we offer competitive pay based on a comprehensive approach that considers your skills, education, certifications, and other critical factors.
Responsibilities:
This nursing position involves utilizing the nursing process to provide immediate and long-term care needs of patients within the standards of the department, hospital, and regulatory agencies. Key responsibilities include:
• Accurately assessing patients' needs and planning nursing interventions.
• Providing and implementing nursing care interventions and evaluating their effectiveness.
• Demonstrating effective interpersonal communication and contributing to the productivity and cost-effectiveness of the hospital, department, and unit.
Requirements:
We require a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, with a BSN preferred. No experience is required, but one year of medical/psychiatric experience is preferred. Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is also a must. All employees must possess basic computer skills to use electronic or online systems for communication and administrative purposes.
