Position Overview:
The Shuttle Truck Operator is responsible for transporting full trailers to designated locations and returning empty trailers to distribution centers.

- Component Pay (per mile/per stop) with an average annual income of $50,000 gross.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and submit the DOT inspection report.
- Ensure that cargo is securely loaded in the trailer to prevent damage during transport.
- Occasionally perform line haul and/or backhaul duties.
- Adhere to safety protocols to prevent injuries and protect products.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Possess a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).
- Have a minimum of 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Meet McLane's Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and risk rating standards.
