Overview: The housekeeper plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of shared spaces and individual units within the establishment.

Key Duties:

  • Maintain cleanliness and remove litter from communal areas and entrances.
  • Oversee restroom supplies and their cleanliness.
  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings and surrounding grounds.
  • Ensure that all entry points are securely locked.
  • Report any safety concerns or maintenance requirements.
  • Inform supervisors about any issues or necessary supplies.
  • Keep supply areas and rooms organized and presentable.
  • Perform floor care tasks as needed.
  • Dust, clean, and shine furniture and surfaces.
  • Dispose of waste and manage recycling bins.
  • Prevent ice accumulation during inclement weather by applying salt.
  • Clean vacant units as directed.
  • Assist the maintenance team when necessary.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
