We are seeking a skilled Medical Technician to join our team at Astoria Park Senior Living, a pillar in assisted living in Pasadena, CA. As a Medical Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional ADL services to our residents, promoting socialization and participation in community activities, and ensuring the highest level of care and support.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional ADL services to a group of residents in an assisted living setting, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Encourage socialization and participation in community activities, promoting a sense of community and belonging among residents.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our residents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest best practices and technologies in healthcare.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in assisted living, not boarding care.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
- Ability to reach, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
