Key Responsibilities of the Food Service Team Leader:

  • Ensure team members adhere to all service protocols.
  • Supervise guest service, remaining attentive to any signals indicating a need for assistance.
  • Support management in establishing and monitoring completion of sidework duties.
  • Review daily communication notes from the previous shift and prepare a briefing for the upcoming shift.
  • Inspect the establishment for cleanliness and proper setup.
Regularly check tables for cleanliness and appropriate arrangements.

  • Provide clear guidance to staff through effective verbal and written communication.
  • Adhere to attendance policies and maintain regular availability for work.
  • Perform any additional job-related tasks as required.
