We operate a 179-bed CMS Rated 5-Star Skilled Nursing Facility situated in South Scottsdale. Our focus is on high-acuity post-acute care, offering services such as tracheostomy and ventilator support, dialysis, complex wound management, and rehabilitation. For over 30 years, Plaza Healthcare has been a privately owned establishment serving Arizona and neighboring states.

Position Summary
As a Caregiver, your responsibilities will include assisting patients with their daily activities, ensuring their hygiene is maintained, and playing a crucial role within the healthcare team.
Available Positions
We have two full-time positions available:
- 1. Monday to Friday, 2 PM to 10 PM
- 2. Saturday and Sunday, 6 AM to 2 PM, and Wednesday to Friday, 2 PM to 10 PM
Qualifications
- Caregiver Certification is required
- Fingerprint Clearance Card within 30 days of employment – Facility Paid
- CPR Certification within 90 days of employment – Facility Paid
- First Aid Certification within 90 days of employment
- Food Handlers Card within 30 days of employment
